About Earth and Grain

Earth and Grain began as a quiet wish to create moments that feel both grounded and light—offerings where sound, breath, and stillness meet you wherever you are.

Sound, vibration, and mindfulness are at the heart of our work. When crystal and metal singing bowls are played near or on the body, their frequencies interact with your nervous system, encouraging a shift from fight-or-flight into rest and restoration.

Sukrutha Krishnegowda

Earth and Grain grew out of my own path through meditation, breathwork, and sound. My journey began in the world of technology, leading teams and building products, and later expanded into caring for a tiny human. Motherhood brought a deeper understanding of presence, clarity, and connection in every moment, and it reshaped the way I approached my practice.

What began as something personal became a quiet calling to create a space devoted to mindful rest, community, and healing.

I am a certified vibration practitioner and meditation teacher, weaving sound baths and gentle vibration based practices to nurture mindfulness and soften stress.

Our philosophy

At Earth and Grain, we believe in the power of slowing down. In a world that often feels fast and overwhelming, we create space for you to pause, breathe, and return to yourself.

We bring our stillness practices to workplaces, wineries, studios, and gathering spaces—meeting you where rest is needed most. Our offerings are designed to be accessible and welcoming to everyone, from curious beginners to experienced practitioners.

Whether you're seeking wellness for your team, a restorative experience with loved ones, or a personal moment of calm, Earth and Grain is here to guide you back to balance.

Location

Nestled between Woodinville and Redmond, Earth & Grain is a private wellness studio designed for intimate, restorative experiences. Alongside studio sessions, we partner with workplaces, wineries, and community spaces across the greater Seattle area to make mindfulness and guided sound journeys more accessible.
